Carowinds launches its international festival “Grand Carnivale” on July 17th

CHARLOTTE, North Carolina – Carowinds is launching its “Grand Carnivale” international festival and culture event on July 17th.

Amusement park officials invite patrons to experience this all-new, immersive cultural celebration with live entertainment, international food, costumed artists, unique crafts, parade floats and much more from July 17th. to August 1.

China, Germany, France, India, Italy and Spain will all be represented at the festival, officials said.

Customers are encouraged to come hungry and purchase a Grand Carnivale Tasting Card to enjoy six to nine tastings of different dishes from around the world.

Officials say the King and Queen of the Grand Carnivale will also be on hand to present the best acts of international music, dance and acrobatics.

Guests can even line up along the Spectacle of Color Parade route to watch the performers wow their audiences with extravagantly decorated floats and whimsical street performances.

Daily entrance tickets are activated sale here for $ 45 per person and the Grand Carnivale tasting cards are activated sale here for $ 35 per person for six tastings and $ 50 per person for nine tastings (save $ 5 when you buy online).
