Ramban administrator organizes youth cultural festival to welcome 2022 – India Education | Latest Education News | World Education News

RAMBAN: The district administration, Ramban organized the Ramban youth cultural festival today to welcome the new year here at the conference hall. The event was broadcast live on social media to avoid the public rushing to the site in accordance with Covid protocols.

Deputy Commissioner Mussarat Islam was the chief guest, while City Council President Sunita Sumbria and ADC Harbans Sharma were the guests of honour.

Speaking on the occasion, the DC said that this youth engagement program has been organized to provide a platform for aspiring singers, dancers and poets as well as renowned singers, dancers and poets at the district level .

The program was organized by the Department of Information and Public Relations in collaboration with Election and Education under the leadership of Dy.DEO Lal Chand, while ACD Zameer Rishu and other officers, public officials and youth from different regions attended the ceremony.

Artists like Ronak Singh, Neha Rakwal, Menisha Mehra, Mudassar Mir, Zai ul Haq, Kishore, Jiwan Lal, Gohar Bali, Divya Bharti captivated the audience by singing Hindi, Kashmiri, Punjabi, Pogli, Himachaly, Gojri and Dogri. Flutist artist Gardari Lal made the audience dance to his flute tune.
